What is CrossFit? CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting and running. These are the core movements of life. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.
In our gym, you will find kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, rowers, assault bikes, climbing ropes and plenty of open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, so a new participant and a CrossFit regular can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. CrossFit will bring you to your highest level of fitness – whatever your age, or fitness background or as a complement to your sport-specific training regime.
